It's National Book Lover's Day!  On Instagram, I teased my IG Friends about my favorite book by giving them a hint:

The novel is told in the first person point of view via the main character,  and we never know her first name.  That's your hint.

I love the suspense and the Cornwall setting of this novel.  I might need to reread it soon!

    I am just rereading all the Catherine Cookson books I have---they still touch me and I am passing them along to my SIL as I finish them. So far, I have re-read more than a dozen of them while we were camping. xo Diana

  5. I have read "Rebecca and enjoyed it. My favorite books are "The Honey Bunch "series as a child and my favorite adult books are tied "A Tree Grows In Brooklyn" by Betty Smith. and "Mary Queen Of Scots' by Antonia Fraser" My favorite adult series is "The Cousins Of The Dove"

  6. My favorite books I read as a child are "The Bobbsey Twins"and and "The Honey Bunch" series. I also love "A Tree Grows In Brooklyn". My adult favorites are "Wives and Daughters" and"Tess Of Durbaville".
