Happy Friendship Day! {Literary Round-Up}

Sunday, August 4, 2019

Happy Friendship Day!  I wanted to put together a Literary Round-Up Post in honor of the day.  All of the books below feature female friendships in the narratives, and they are among some of my very favorite books.

Each book is an IndieBound affiliate link.

    I have read The Help and The Witch of Blackbird Pond. My boys read The Witch of Blackbird Pond too.

  3. I've read The Help.
    I read Where the Crawdads Sing this week at the beach. It was good. I started several others but they were hard to get into. Recently, I also read The Great Alone by Kristen Hannah. Having lived in Alaska there were many interesting parts. I'm not a reader like you because I can't get through reading and commenting on blogs. LOL!

  5. The Witch of Blackbird Pond was one of my favorite childhood books.

    I loved The Jane Austen Book Club - it was written by a friend's cousin. And I loved the movie too.
