Blog Break and Going Natural

Sunday, November 3, 2013

Sunday blessings, My Sweets!  I'm taking a much needed blog break. We've enjoyed Halloween, a horse show, and my oldest daughter's fall break. We've been playing hard, and I'm tired.  Plus, our laundry room is about to explode. I also need to visit all the link parties (especially the Halloween ones) I've missed the past couple of weeks.  So for the next several days when I'm not in the laundry room, I'll drink coffee and visit other blogs.  I cannot wait!  I also hope I'll be pinning some wonderful Thanksgiving inspiration pins!  :D

I will return either Thursday or Friday for my Literary Friday post.  There will be no My Happy List post this week, but please plan to link-up on Tuesday, November 12th.

But in the meantime, I want to share three of my favorite pins for Thanksgiving.  They are simply pretty!

These pins are found on my Pretty Ideas for Autumn Pinterest Board

See you on Thursday or Friday!

Until next time...

Blessings!
Ricki Jill

  1. Lovely pins! Oh sweet pea, take a break, I took one the last long weekend cause I went to my daughter's house 3 hrs. away. We need to catch up on things and not be glued of our blogs...I know we love to visit our friends, but boy, we need a break too! I'm going again to my daughter's for an invitation of friends we have next week, all the way from Thursday thru Monday...therefore, that'll give me another brake, as I never take the computer purposedly!
Rest, have a cuppa coffee or tea, do your laundry, bake a cake and really, mostly relax sweetie. Big hugs,

  16. That thing in your second picture, what is it called again? My neighbours had a tree, and we used to eat that stuff ALL THE TIME. Daily. It was yummy, is it a nut? Because to us it tasted better than nuts and sometimes we'd make a fire and roast it! Ah, the memories :)
