Literary Friday: City of Fallen Angels Read-a-Long!

Friday, April 20, 2012

I hate to be negative on my blog, and my last review was not positive in spite of the fact that the writer is very talented.  I need a do-over.

so......

I decided to write about a fun Read-a-Long that Mundie Moms is hosting as we count down to the release of Book 5 in The Mortal Instruments Series!

While we wait these last agonizing days for the release of The City of Lost Souls, read along with us as we read Book 4, The City of Fallen Angels!

Please check out the trailer for The City of Lost Souls below.

Do you read The Mortal Instruments and/or The Infernal Devices?  You can read several of my reviews from these series by visiting my literature page above.

Until next time...

Happy reading!

  1. Sounds like a great idea. I've been meaning to re-read City of Fallen Angels before City of Lost Souls came out but have been kind of scattered in my reading. I never usually read more than one book at a time but I am working on 2 different multi-book series, reading 5 chapters a day of a library book, and now will need to catch up on the COFA schedule. I'll read the first 3 chapters and then stick with the schedule. Broke my foot a few weeks ago so I've had plenty of reading time....

  3. Hi RJ! Oh, I haven't read these books. I used to read so much but I just don't get around to it any more. I have a book sitting on the ottoman and I haven't picked it up yet.

  4. Hi Ricki, I must confess I hardly read anymore. I did however decide to read the Hunger Games before seeing the movie. When I first heard about them I thought it sounded awfully morbid. Must admit, I really enjoyed the book. Reading book 2 now. I have not heard of this series. The trailer is a bit scarey. Although I'm not a whimp and can handle a little fear. Just don't care for anything stanistic.
    Hugs,
