Last week I enjoyed reading Sight Reading by Daphne Kalotay while listening to the playlist on the author's blog. You can see the playlist here.
I love classical music, and sometimes I need to listen to it when I'm stressed. I was definitely stressed last week!
Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherazade

Oh how I miss going to orchestra concerts. I absolutely loved them. Especially City High's. They are exceptional and have won 3 Grammys for high school orchestra. What a great piece you picked.
ReplyDeleteI've started listening to classical music when I can't sleep. Enjoy the beach!
ReplyDeleteWe probably passed one another coming and going to the beach RJ. I love classical music anytime. We had a great beach trip, hope your week is fun too!

The French Hutch
Yay! I love this piece, and most of the Russian/Czech composers (though Shostakovitch is still my favorite).
ReplyDeleteI was in band all through junior high and high school, so classical music definitely brings me back to my younger days
ReplyDeleteThat's lovely, thanks for sharing and for linking up!
ReplyDeleteI can't remember the last time I went to the beach............I am not a fan of classical music but I did enjoy this

I do love classical music, just don't make a point to listen to it often. Great selection!
ReplyDeleteThat was beautiful. I need to make a classical playlist for crazy mornings. That really helped calm my mood this morning.
