I'm sure I have enough teapots we've chipped over the years, and we also have brick stairs leading up to our home. But we'd probably be put in the Home Owners' Association jail if we attempted something like this, which is a shame. I love these flower-filed teapots. What do you think?
(Can you tell I'm already looking ahead to spring?)
Until next time...
Blessings!
Ricki Jill
So charming. I'm afraid spring is still a ways off around here.
ReplyDeleteThe teapots are an inspiration! How very lovely!
ReplyDeleteAnd I enjoyed reading about your happy, and reading about you, and seeing more shots of inside your home!
Love all the different colors

This is just too charming for words. I would feel like Alice in Wonderland if those steps led to my house.
ReplyDeleteThat's really cute!
ReplyDeleteI love that idea! I might try that along my fence this summer
ReplyDeletelove this idea of using teapots as flower pots
ReplyDeleteThis is a beautiful way to use chipped up old teapots! Yes Ricki Jill, I would have to come get you out of the Homeowners Assoc. Jail! Don't do it although I know it's tempting. Yes, I'm right there with you thinking about spring. Can't wait to do an outdoor tablescape..........

I love this! I'd be happy with an old teapot on my patio table. I'm thinking of spring today, too!

Ricki Jill,
ReplyDeleteI've been doing the same, planning for spring in the garden. The tea pots are cute but I can imagine the watering.

Delightful
ReplyDeletethis is so up your alley, RJ! I love it and would love to see you pull this off!
ReplyDeleteI love the teapots. Your blog looks lovely. Its been awhile since I visited my favorite blogs, will keep up now.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see your version! Certainly there are neighbors doing more offensive things that require more attention...I hope!?
ReplyDeleteI love that concept! Knowing me, I'd break them all eventually, bumping into them with my clumsy butt. :)
ReplyDeleteAdorable!
ReplyDeleteLove this idea!

Hi RJ! Oh, isn't this sweet? The wind would blow here and break them all! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for popping in to see me and my transferware is all the same pattern except that big coffee server.
Be a sweetie,
shelia ;)
I have had this photo in my Pinterest file for months - I love it and think it would be worth a few days in HOA Jail!! If I had a cottage I would certainly do this outside!
ReplyDeleteWow, what a great idea. Hopefully the wind isn't a factor.
ReplyDeleteThat is adorable, Ricki Jill! Could you do something similar in your backyard or possibly on a windowsill?
