Wit and Whimsy: Gothic-Style Loft

Wednesday, October 17, 2012

Something personal has come up, and I am trying to handle the situation before Shanley Belle's birthday on Friday.  I am so sorry for being such a bad bloggy friend.  I won't be blogging much for the rest of the week, but I will return for a Literary Friday post.  I will try to visit y'all by the end of the weekend.

In the meantime, I wanted to share this whimsical loft space with you.  The gothic window is a wee bit creepy for October, and the pears are a lovely autumnal still-life.

Love this with the tall stack of books!

Have a great rest of the week, and I hope to see you back here for Literary Friday!

Until next time...

Blessings!

  14. Wow! I always believe that the gothic windows are only meant for cathedral, but your picture showed otherwise. It can be a good recommendation for interior designing. But the chandelier confused me a little. Was the photo edited or the chandelier is really part of the design? Anyway, it looks lovely!
