Debbiedoo's Copy Cat Challenge: Christmas Edition

I was reading the December 2011 edition of Country Homes and Interiors Magazine, and I was inspired to copy from their article: "The Look We Love...Fairy tale."

And here is my version.  I used mostly stuff I had around the house (I think that's the challenging part: using what you already have).  I did buy the silver candles, though.  I went with a blue and silver color scheme rather than white and gold because I already had the tablecloth.  But I really love the ethereal look of the white on white tablecloth in the magazine.
