....I didn't paint a banana?" :/
Here are a few little minis (3" X 4") I painted for practice. The orange gave me fits, I tell ya!
I have been painting all weekend, and I am happy to say that I finished all paintings for the art show next Saturday. I will visit y'all's blogs once we are home this evening.
What have you been doing this weekend?
Until next time...
Blessings!
Ricki Jill
I've been doing a little painting too, but not quite so little & not quite so lovely as yours! lol These are really quite pretty, Ricki.
ReplyDeleteI love these and can't believe they are so tiny. Good for you. NOw that I'm taking art class I have even more appreciation for how difficult it is to paint.
ReplyDeleteYou are so talented Ricki Jill, those are beautiful. I wish I had that talent.
ReplyDeleteWow, how did you get that detail on such a small canvas? You're so talented!
ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful. I am partial to the middle one. Good Luck on the art show.
ReplyDeleteworking on my poetry
ReplyDeleteBeautiful as always!!
ReplyDeleteso perfect and that orange is my fave!!
ReplyDeleteso pretty. Alot of details and they look awesome. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteVery nice! I wish I was artistic, but I'm going to have to let my daughter handle the artistic stuff. I think the second one (with the flowers) is my favorite!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! You have a wonderful talent. Thanks so much for your visit. XO, Pinky
ReplyDeleteBest of luck with your art show. These pieces are amazing. I love the fact that they are so tiny...like a little jewel.
ReplyDeleteWhat a productive and creative week Ricki. I really admire your talent and patience. How could you ever balance motherhood, being a wife, friend, daughter, blogger and a talented artist in one great person. You are so blessed.
ReplyDeleteThe colors of the bottom one are really lovely. I would hang that in my home. Tell me as soon as you start selling stuff online so I can have my very own Treleaven.
ReplyDeleteWow Ricki, wish I had your talent girl. Looks good enough to eat. lol! What a wonderful gift you have. I did paint a little, on an old table. Not quite as impressive as yours. Also cleaned 1/2 of the garage. Good feeling, but now for the smaller half.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Jann
