The advent wreath is really big, and I need to replace some of the greenery. This is the only spot for it due to its size.
The table is set for dessert and coffee for after the Children's Christmas Pageant.
I like the sweet chickadees on the quilted placemats.
We've enjoyed the etched glass mugs. They hold the perfect amount of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.
Bonnie can't wait 'til Christmas!
Happy Winter Solstice today! Although our dining room looks all wintry, it's a balmy 75 degrees here today with thunderstorms!

Ricki Jill, you have hit on a fabulous combination with those plates, placemats, napkins and flatware! I love it, even beyond Christmas, all through winter.
ReplyDeleteBonnie is the perfect added touch! And I do love your Advent wreath.
It looks beautiful, Ricki Jill. In the 60s and thunderstorms here today, too. Merry Christmas, my friend. :)

The rain just keeps pouring down here washing away all of the beautiful snow we had. I must make my way to your home someday as I must see which tablescape I would get! ;)
ReplyDeleteThe table setting is so beautiful! I love the touch of red with the whites and greens. I also love the white French chairs with the glass; it looks like ice.
ReplyDeleteGlass tables are perfect for crafting! My daughter has one in her bedroom. All kinds of goop can be cleaned from it without damage, even when a razor blade is needed.
Merry Christmas!
Happy Solstice to you! We reached close to 70 today I think. Not the way I want to start the winter. :-)

Beautiful, Ricki Jill. We've had rain since early morning hours, but the high was only in the 60s. It cleared late this afternoon so we got in a nice walk. Love the sweet chickadee placemats, the beautiful dishes, and all your woodsy touches. You set a lovely table!

Hi RJ, I love your alpine tablescape, absolutely perfection! Beautiful pattern on the plates and a great flatware set for celebrating the season. I’m sure the girls will enjoy this so much.

I love the Alpine theme! How delightful. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd hey, brass and glass go with just about anything! (and a large, sturdy table for crafting is a MUST). You find the neatest table decor!
It look FABULOUS! I love the chickadees, as well. Some days, more is better!
ReplyDeleteThe table looks so damn pretty

Love your beautiful plates and alpine table Ricki Jill! The chickadee mats are right up my alley and you know I love the flatware :) It's unseasonably warm and rainy here too but drying up and cooling down in time for Christmas. Merry Christmas to you and your family and I hope Santa is good to Bonnie!
