I confess...
I confess that I love the market basket Ginger gave me for my birthday. I saw them all over the place at the Farmer's Market @ Seaside last weekend.
I confess...
I confess that I used the market basket to take my Nespresso and capsules with me to the beach. I also confess that I have a serious addiction problem, and I need a twelve-step program.
I confess...
I confess that I ate way too many of the Neiman Marcus Chocolate Chip Cookies. But they taste OH SO GOOD with espresso!
I confess...
I confess that I still haven't planted our containers. See the sad, empty plant stands on our deck? But I do have a good excuse reason....we are having our gutters cleaned out, and I didn't want them messed-up. :/
Bonnie doesn't seem to care....she still ikea sunning on the deck!
I confess...
I confess that just because Dori had some of these new Gamblin paint colors at the studio Thursday didn't mean that I had to go out and buy them. But I must say in my defense that I only bought three tubes. I could have been badder. ;P
OMG.....where have you been all my life, Warm White?
*le sigh*
I confess...
I confess that there is definitely a rustic cobbler in my very near future. :D
I confess...
I confess that I've killed most of the house plants in our home. I think I might just use these to store art supplies. I give up.
I confess...
I confess that I was bad at Sundog Books. I have no excuse....our library has opened a brand new branch within biking distance of our home! I've been so bad.....but at least only one was hardcover. :D
I confess...
I confess that our beach cottage rental had a library in it. Yes, it did! But I was good. I didn't borrow or remove any of the books from the cottage, but I was *so* tempted. Plus the owner obviously has very similar taste in literature as I!!!
So what are you waiting for? Confess and link-up @ High-Heeled Love! Plus, Aubrey is hosting a giveaway!
Until next time...
Blessings!
Ricki Jill
I love when I can find books--looking through other libraries is always fun.
ReplyDeleteI confess that our Nepresso machine is busy every evening. ;-) It does make the best coffee!
ReplyDeleteYour McK-C pots would be lovely holding art supplies. And I confess that house plants aren't on the winning end here either. ~ Sarah
I confess that I used to ride in horse shows in the summer heat. Don't know how I tolerated it, but I did. Don't eat too many of those NM cookies!
ReplyDeleteBig Hugs,
Susan and Bentley
I love the basket...how adorable! And hey, you had a good time and part of that was spoiling yourself. You have to indulge in a lack of self-restraint sometime, in order to keep the self-restraint up the rest of the time. :)
ReplyDelete(and you can get some silk flowers to go in those pretty painted pots!
I love your market bag! Yeah for the new books! Cute small library, I love the Beach sign. I am sorry you were cheated out of Spring. We have had so much rain this Spring the gnats are awful, so are the peas. Too much rain and they are not growing.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a great weekend my friend.
I love these confessions. Those cookies look so good, i wouldn't blame you for eating most of them! Your decking will look so lovely when you can finish it how you want to. x
ReplyDeleteI like your market basket. So cute! And I may have to look into this cobbler book. Not like I need any more recipe books, but still. And chocolate chip cookies! Yum.
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up for Friday Confessional. Have a fabulous weekend.
I never liked any of my kids activities that involved extreme heat or cold, but I felt like I was the only one! I am a serial plant killer, too, and also like you, I can't walk into a bookstore without coming out with an armful!
ReplyDeleteXo,
Jane
I confess that I might have to make choc chip cookies tomorrow! (and eat them all)
ReplyDeleteI confess that I had to google "Nespresso"...I've been reading on my ipod/iphone, not as great as an actual book, but handy b/c it's everywhere I go.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
I confess that I spent years freezing in a cold barn or baking in a farm field to watch my daughter compete in horse shows and HATED every minute of it! The riding was fine but the conditions for spectators was horrible. I think you are a great mom for pretending you like it!
ReplyDeletelove the basket! and your beach cottage library :)
ReplyDeleteOh Ricki Jill I confess I wish I were back at the beach! I love it there, especially Seaside. Your library was great and I love it when I find a good one. I had a chuckle when your little MK pots stacked up. I think we both are lacking for an indoor plant green thumb.
ReplyDeleteWatch out, we could get some nasty storms tomorrow.
