I planted pots filled with succulents over the weekend. I am hoping they will be a little more heat tolerant than other plants.
This is a little wall pocket I bought from the Etsy shop, Bella Inspirations.
I planted three little plants in it.
What new have you planted in your garden?

Until next time...

ReplyDeleteHave a great day.

Your plant choices look lovely - the succulents look very happy in their new containers. The wall pocket is so cute! I must say I covet your weather (though I know it's bad to covet - LOL!)
ReplyDeleteI haven't planted a thing though I'm dreaming about it.

Ricki Jill, these look terrific. I think succulents are amazing. They offer great texture to a garden. I always like them grouped in a container as you have done. ~ Sarah
ReplyDeleteSuch a great choice. They are so beautiful :)
ReplyDeleteThey look beautiful. You did a wonderful job with the containers.
ReplyDeleteLove your wall pocket planter! i have yet to plant any plants this year... we are raining, raining, raining... Where is the sunshine? Aye... I am enjoying seeing so many plants already blooming out in blogland! Thanks for your sweet comment on my post today~ Hugs, Courtney
ReplyDeleteHello friend! I love your wall pocket. It's my first time to see one. What I see most of the time are hanging pots. It's my first time to see a plant mounted on a wall with that beautiful pocket.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing this piece of beautiful nature!
Your pots are very pretty, I like the mix of succulents and plants. I love your wall pocket, too. I'd love to have one!
ReplyDeleteHappy Thursday!

Bellissime queste piante!!!E pure come sono state decorate, bacetti,Rosetta
ReplyDeleteGreat combinations here!!!
ReplyDeleteVery nice combination. You just remind me of some succelants that our friend gave to us a few months ago which have been fairly negelected by us. Thank you for the inspiration.
ReplyDeleteI planted succulents, my favorite plants for Florida or North Carolina mountains. I have them in both places because they will survive alone for months, just get warm species or cold species. I love the textures and colors.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! We are on our way back to the high seas for a few weeks so I'm not planting, but will be taking pictures of plants that we see in our travels to add to my image garden. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad to see people patronizing Etsy shops. ;) It's amazing what pretty hand made and vintage items can be found there. I even found a post card that had been printed in my grandfathers print shop from 1910. Amazing. After finding Etsy that way, I opened my own shop for my hand made things.
Hugs,
Lois
Love 'em!...now that is lovely and I might could keep 'em alive.

Hi there Ms. Ricki Jill! I love love your collection of succulents and that pot is perfect. But I really love your wall planter too! Sooo pretty! Yes, I do love succulents too, they are easy to take care of.
ReplyDeleteHappy Cottage Flora Thursdays and Happy Easter!

Love all of your pots. Great choices. Great pots too.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous. I have a large pot I'm not sure what to do with and I'd just started thinking maybe succulents... Your photos are very inspiring!
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful pots. We love to plant them around here too. They are my hubby's faves. Have a great Easter weekend.
ReplyDeleteI love the succulents in the large planter and they are hard to kill. I bought two of those same planters at an estate sale last weekend for twelve dollars for the pair...I was thrilled. The pocket is darling. Do not over water the succulents btw. hugs♥O
ReplyDeleteOh how pretty! We haven't planted anything yet and I guess that is good...it was 32 degrees this morning!
ReplyDeleteHey you! great post - i'm loving the urn you have in that first picture.....so nice to see real cement (that is real right?) lol with all the new light weight pots they are coming out with these days - it's difficult to find the real thing!!! Thanks for linking up to Cottage Flora Thursday's! xoxo tracie
ReplyDeleteI love all cactus (cacti?) too. Your arrangements are terrific. And to think that they will keep looking great, even better, as the season rolls along! No deadheading, no pruning, and they don't seem to demand fertilizer.
ReplyDeleteThe succulent plantings look wonderful as does Aphrodite in the more recent postings.
ReplyDeleteHave a Happy Easter with your family.
The wall pocket is STUNNING! Love it!
ReplyDeleteHappy Flora day!
Roselle
That is a lovely combination of plants in the urn. Great idea!
