We're having a snow day! {only flurries} But still, it's pretty to watch! :D
We had a snow day a couple of weeks ago, too, and here's a tablescape from then and a special after school snack.

We enjoyed a few rays of sun before the snow came.
Plates are from Anthropologie, and I bought them on sale for under $3 each.
Valentine's Day petit fours.
We love Silly Cow Farms hot chocolate mix.
Yummy!
I've had these photos for a couple of weeks now, but I never got around to using them in a post. Does that ever happen to you?
Are you having a snow day today?

We are off to an outdoor wedding.

You have such beautiful tablescapes. Some day I want to have such beauties in my home. Yes, I have photos I have taken to post and fail to do so all the time. I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeletehow pretty and that cocoa would be very good right now
ReplyDeleteRicki Jill, I can't tell you HOW many pictures I have never got around to using and now the season (whatever it was) is LONG gone past!
ReplyDeleteWhat fun photos and a cute table for a snow day- xo Diana
Ricki Jill,
ReplyDeleteI love these plates. They look turquoise to me. I just decorated my kitchen in the color turquoise. This hot chocolate looks so yummy. I want some right now! Happy weekend.

Pretty plates! I love Anthro too. I picked up some fun plates on sale there before Christmas. I ned to do a table with them. They've just been sitting on the shelf.
ReplyDeleteStay warm.
Pretty dishes, but I adore that tablecloth -- how fun!
ReplyDeleteI think we are finished with Winter now and maybe Spring, too -- temps are creeping into the 80's!
It is threatening to snow here, but we haven't lost the blanket on the ground yet. I love that tablecloth! Trying to catch up on blog reading...you have had a busy couple of days!
ReplyDeleteYour pictures really give the feeling of a cold snowy day! I love the plates and snowflake mugs and the chocolate mix looks SO good! Very pretty table!
ReplyDeleteXO,
Jane
Right about now, I'd rather look at your daffodils! It's cold and icy and I have to slip/slide my way to the chicken coop to give the girls their dinner. Your table is very pretty, though, and I'd love to try that hot chocolate!
ReplyDeleteHey Ricki Jill,
ReplyDeleteThanks for your note...I did link up with Rose Vignettes...
I cannot believe that you are getting snow flurries! I just said earlier today that it felt like it was going to snow here. I wish it would!
Stay warm and cozy.

I love snow days, and I love your tablescape, and I LOVE how you decorate to match the day or season or holiday and change it up so often. You're so creative! :)
