We dyed so many eggs I wanted to do something creative with them.  When I read this recipe in The Fresh Market's newsletter, I had to try it!  I am so happy I did.  These deviled eggs are a huge hit with the family!

Mediterranean Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
6 Egg-Land's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Maille Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons Kalamata Olives from the TFM Olive Bar, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped

Preparation:
Cut eggs in half; remove and reserve the yolks. In a mixing bowl, combine egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, feta cheese, pepper and olives. Spoon mixture into the hollowed egg whites and garnish with fresh mint. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
