WWTKW is hosted by Mamarazzi, Crazymama, and Queso.
This week's questions are from Mamarazzi, and she is asking:
{1} What are your Top 3 blogging tips for other bloggers?
{2} What book have you read lately that you would recommend?
{3} What is a physical feature you have been complimented on?
{4} What color is your toothbrush?
{5} What question would you like to add to a future WWTK?
1. My 3 blogging tips for bloggers?
Please turn off your word verification. There is NOTHING more annoying. That is why you have a SPAM folder!!!
Do not ignore your readers who leave comments. It is rude. Manners matter!
Take the time to proofread. Grammatical errors are distracting!
2. I recommend The Heroine's Bookshelf: Life Lessons, from Jane Austen to Laura Ingalls Wilder by Erin Blakemore. This book reminds us of lessons learned from our favorite literary heroines, like Jo March, Scarlett O'Hara, Scout Finch, Jane Eyre, and others. Read this book with your daughters, and then read the classics if you've never read them!
3. My hair. Just because it always has odd colors in it.
4. My toothbrush is red and white.
5. I would like to know what the WWTKW's participants serve when they have company for dinner. What are your go-to recipes? :D
I want to know what your answers are to these questions. Won't you link up?
Until next time...
Blessings!
Ricki Jill

GREAT tips. the WV kills me every time. i cannot comment on some of my favorite blogs because i honestly cannot read it, at all. sad.
ReplyDeletelove the book recommendation, sounds so good!!
LOVE your question...grabbed it so look for it on a future WWTK!!
thanks for linking up, i always enjoy your answers.
Thank you for those blog tips. But I believe I am guilty of those grammatical errors too :) Please beer, I mean bear with me LOL
ReplyDeleteI just took the WV off mine,I hope. Will definitely check out the book reccomendations.
ReplyDeleteProofreading! Yes! I feel like a snob but if there are too many errors, I usually leave. LOL.
ReplyDeleteYes, errors are a nuisance, I'm trying not to do them and do prove read most of the times, specially my comments. I do try to answer everybody and re-check my comments making sure I cover everyone, as it is rude not to reciprocate to other's generous notes, we are in this beautiful blog world together, aren't we? I get compliments on my good skin and sometimes good hair for been 60, lol! Thanks for the books tips, I love to read. Thank you for the tips.

Ah, someone going after recipes...just like me. ;)
ReplyDeleteIt astounds me to this day that I was in Liberal Arts in College and I never got to read anything by Jane Austen. I feel like I missed out on so many of the classics. So I WILL read that book, and then I WILL read the classics! It's my new mission.
Yes that word verification is killing me. And now it is more complicated and harder for my 44 yr. old eyes to see. Drives me nuts because it takes so much time. Never heard of that book. I think I would love that one.
ReplyDeleteRecipes are always fun to share. Looking forward to the answers for that one.
ReplyDeleteGreat tips and mine too! I hate word verification and no comments from blogs I've followed and am ignored! Like who do they think they are? I've actually stopped following several lately! I can spend my time elsewhere!!
ReplyDeleteGood suggestions on the first one. The new word verification is really awful. I can't read most of them the first time! I do try to respond to people who comment, but sometimes I fail at that one. I need to try harder!
ReplyDeleteRecipes-chili, definitely.
ReplyDeleteSometimes I purposefully spell words wrong and I never use spell check.
As for the word verification, I did turn it off. I never knew I could till I was reading these blog! Wow, I never knew.
I like your WWTK question!
ReplyDeleteI was going to answer "use spell check" for my first answer too but I forgot. :) It's there as a tool- utilize it! (I wish there was spell check on these comment boxes!)
You do have pretty hair! :)
ReplyDeleteI really need to check that book out, it looks good.
ohhhh i want to read this book! sounds amazing.
ReplyDeletei have typing errors. it happens.
great question!
thanks for linking up!
Stopping by from Mamarazzi!
ReplyDeleteI love that my internet browser has spell check. I was really good in English until the internet came along!
Have a great week!
