I appreciate your emails and comments yesterday about our coffee table. Some of you suggested that I use larger items because our coffee table is large, so I changed it today.
The hydrangeas were on sale today at the grocery store for $4.99. :D
What do you think?
I am heading to Tuscaloosa to have lunch with my daughter. I got used to having her around during the holidays, and I miss her!
Until next time...
Blessings!
Ricki Jill
Wow, really pretty! And everything you need is right there within easy reach! Love the hydrangeas which pull out the blue pillow you have on the couch. I need to change up my table decor...maybe I should get the rest of my Christmas decorations put up first! LOL!!!
ReplyDeleteLooks great, I like the bigger pieces.
ReplyDeleteOh I think you really have it now...looks great. I love buying those hydrangeas in the winter and transplanting them outdoors in the spring. Lovely. Enjoy your lunch with your daughter. Mine heads off to university next year and I can only imagine how hard that will be!
ReplyDeleteAhhh yes, it looks fantastic. The hydrangeas are a nice compliment to the blue pillow in the background. Excellent job!
ReplyDeleteHey, I tagged you for a post on my blog; you don't have to do it but it might be fun!
ReplyDeleteThe flowers are the perfect touch! I usually have too many small things...I need to remember to add larger items! Enjoy your day...have fun! ♥
ReplyDeletehydrangeas are my FAVORITE! it looks great! i've been trying to comment on your blog all week and have been having troubles :( looks like this ones gonna work!!
ReplyDeleteI think it's perfect!
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoy your time with your daughter. I wish mine lived closer to Alabama. It's a loooong way to Indiana!
I like it a lot! Love the hydranga's, nice touch. Have fun with Shanley and enjoy.
ReplyDeleteYes! I like the larger flower arrangement and you know I like to see something sitting on the books! You have a winner here!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty, Ricki Jill! I am always stumped when it comes to what to put on my coffee table. The flowers look perfect! Have a fun lunch!
ReplyDeleteXO,
Jane
Love it! I love your pop of Blue, it is so cheery looking and you got to keep all the elements you needed! Great job!
ReplyDeleteVery nice. Our coffee table design is pretty easy now. We have a display case table and really love having a place for items to display that can't be knocked off by all the activity when grand kids are here. The little ones also use the glass top as a table for a writing, drawing, picture puzzle, or game table. I'm sure all of that will change when they get bigger/older.
ReplyDeleteAh Jill, you have done it!! It looks great and you still have the stuff you want on it. I love it!!
ReplyDeleteAs far as the debate, I thought it was the best one yet. Since there were less candidates there was more time for each of them to give their views and more time to respond to each other. I loved the fact that at the breaks they actually would hug each other or pat each other or chat a bit with each other! This was not shown on tv.
Your table looks beautiful. I can't keep much of anything on ours. Hubby loves to put his feet on it, even though we have a comfortable ottoman.
ReplyDeleteHi, my name is Heather! Please email me when you can, I have a question about your blog!

Your coffee is perfectly accessorized, Ricki. Love it!...Christine
ReplyDeleteYes in this case bigger is better. Hope you had a wonderful lunch. My poor girl is back at the oral surgeon with some complications. She has to leave clinicals at the hospital and that is not a good thing. She has never missed in two years but was desperate to get in. Oh how I hope she is better soon.
ReplyDeleteYour coffee table is perfect, RJ....I love a table that has room left on it for drinks, a snack and etc. YOU DID GOOD..!!
ReplyDeleteI looked back at the previous post and think that now your coffee table is just right.
ReplyDeleteI mean, we live in the real world, n'est pas?
Not a magazine bubble!
I think it looks great, Ricki. Love those hydrangeas.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a great time with your daughter. :)
Cheers,

Love the hydrangeas, Ricki Jill! When I lived in Raleigh, I loved the flowers at Trader Joe's. I wish we had a TJs here! They add a lovely touch to your coffee table. I think the coffee table looks very nice. And yes, most of us use our furniture so they have to be practical as well and pretty. You hit the mark. Hope you had a nice lunch with your daughter. I can imagine how much you miss her.
