1. I am happy that I made my 100th post yesterday. My bloggy friends are so supportive. Y'all make me happy!
2. Lake Martin in lovely Tallapoosa County, Alabama makes me very happy. The water is a little low this time of year, but that's okay!!!
3. Tea! Tea makes me happy! If you took it away from me I would need a twelve-step program!
4. Porch swings! Porch swings make everyone (including me) happy!!! :D
5. Home decor magazines make me happy because they give me ideas. I might not be the most creative chick on the web, but by golly I have resourcefulness down to a fine art!
6. The time to sit on the porch swing with tea and magazines: bliss!!!
I hope y'all are having a Very Happy Saturday. What is making your happy list today? I would love to hear from you. Leave me a comment, and link-up to Mamarazzi's "My Happy List" over @ Dandelion Wishes. I love Mamarazzi's blog, so join the party with me!
Until next time...
Blessings!
Ricki Jill

Love porch swings, or one hanging from a big tree! Congrats of l00 posts. Have a happy Saturday!
ReplyDeleteI love this post. It is great to focus on what makes us happy. Don't you love magazines. I love to go to Barnes & Noble and just go thru, get a coffee and browse and decide what I want to pick. I hope they don't go the way of the Kindle thing. I want to see actual pictures, not some screen. I want real books and mags!! Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your 100th post! I love your colorful tea set -- so cute! And oh, the thought of a porch swing has me sighing and dreaming... :)
ReplyDelete100 posts Congrats!!, coffee is my addiction but know what you mean, it would be impossible to give up, its more the ritual than the beverage I think. Love your Picturs:)
ReplyDeleteI saw your blog and hopped over to see what a happy list is! I am having the best day...so I should make one! Love what you've shared in yours! I'm happy because it's 80 degrees and I just got back from a craft festival! My perfect day! ♥
ReplyDeleteI am happy when I look at the sky behind treetops (driving my car with my daughter),I am happy when I read a book with my six years son.Hugs,Annalisa
ReplyDeleteOh, oh, oh I DO so love magazines. I love magazines on house decorating and craft magazines. I like any of the Somerset Magazines. They have a magazine out now on Aprons that is so tempting me to buy it. I love my grandkids, too. And I love making things. I love sewing, too. I love this time of year when the days start to get longer. Best wishes, Linda
ReplyDeleteDear Ricki Jill,
ReplyDeleteWow, 100 Post's..I can recall being so happy when I reached that goal. And now to work on 100 followers..we are both close to that magic number. Of course, it's not the number of followers that counts, but the quality of the followers that we have. I was once so into having folowers that I forgot what I was blogging for. Now, I want only those that really want to follow,or should they call it visitors...
I like that better.
Thank you my friend for stopping by. I enjoy your visits..
~Shirley

I have camping fever so bad and seeing your beautiful picture of Lake Martin added fuel to the flame. We love to camp at Wind Creek State Park at least once a year.
