After School Valentine's Day Snacks

Tuesday, February 15, 2011

Shelley wanted a special Valentine's Day snack after school with her friend, Ally.  I have been so busy trying to get "caught-up" from my surgery that I cheated.  I went to Edgar's Bakery and bought some fun cookies for the girls' snack and to take to school in their lunches for the rest of the week.  If you live in the Birmingham area, and have never been to Edgar's, you are missing out.  They also serve delicious breakfasts and lunches.  I recently had lunch at Edgar's with one of my nerdy friends to discuss a book we had just finished reading.

Aren't they cute!?!?!

You have to bite the heads off of kiss lots of frogs before you find your prince!

The girls chose the red heart cookies for their snack.

Ally is our sweet neighbor and Shelley's best friend.  Shelley is on the left, and Ally is on the right.

I hope y'all had a great Valentine's Day.  My DH bought me a new camera to help me with my blog.  He is so sweet because he used a gift card of his to buy the camera for me.  I used the camera for this post.  I hope my skills can improve.

Until next time...

Blessings!
