A Lovely Day for a Ride

Wednesday, March 2, 2011

It was such a beautiful day yesterday in Central Alabama.  We enjoyed Shelley's riding lesson.  Here are a few pictures of Shelley and Star I thought I'd share with you.

  1. She looks like she enjoys riding! My 17 year old has wanted to take lessons for years but it just never happened for one reason or the other. I am sure she will do it one day though. :) Chris

When I was younger we always had horses to ride on the farm, I loved it too.

  6. Dear Ricki, Oh I can't wait to see "My girl friends" riding again this summer. I work next to a horse farm and I always stop to watch the girls during their riding lessons. I alway take photo's and videos and still shots and present them at the end of their riding season. I love to watch them shine as they learn the wonders of this mighty beast they are riding. I love your photos of Shelly and Star. They look wonderful together. Look at the smile on Shelly's face! It is beautiful. Life is indeed good!

  10. I love horses and always dreamed of having one someday. Maybe when Hubby retires and we move. Our Daughter-in-law has a couple of horses and she is in events. Your Daughter looks so natural up on the horse. I can see where she is having so much fun.
